Nicole Anderson

Minnesota Bankruptcy Lawyer

At the age of 12 Nicole was adopted by her then step-mother. At the court hearing for the adoption she asked the judge for an autograph, stating that one day she may be a lawyer or a judge. She has never wavered from this goal. The framed autograph hangs in her office.

Nicole was born at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and grew up as a military child, spending her school years in Indiana, Germany, Texas, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. She now lives in Mounds View, Minnesota with her dog "Maggie."

Nicole received her bachelor's degree from University of Minnesota, Duluth and obtained her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. While attending law school, she worked as an executive assistant for the Court Administrator of Ramsey County, confirming her interest in the law.

After law school, Nicole was a Reference Staff Attorney for Thompson-West in Eagan, Minnesota for two years learning legal research before becoming an Associate Attorney at Berry Law Offices practicing primarily in Family Law.

Nicole enjoys watching movies, is an avid hockey fan attending every Minnesota Wild game she can, and is a volunteer foster home for rescued Basset Hounds.
